“Reinvent Change” Contest
Local beauty experts discuss the selflessness of women as it pertains Mobile and Baldwin County. With the downturn of the economy, the local woman not only has to reorganize her life but puts taking care of herself, on an indefinite back burner. The Reinvent Change Contest, hosted by Holly Fountain, Jeanette Stroups, and Karleigh Rae Ingram, is to find a woman who has undergone a significant personal life change or has had a positive impact on the community and deserves a beauty makeover.
“Giving back is what gives your life true meaning, and we want to help one person's inner beauty shine through,” Karleigh Rae Ingram said.
“In a time of economic downturn, we all know people who have been affected. Reinvent Change is an opportunity for us to lift up one amazing woman. Be prepared to laugh, cry and celebrate as we discover this individual,” Raymond Weinshenker, Marketing Specialist with The Man About Town and Grand Prize organizer, said.
The Open Community Call will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at the Homewood Suites by Hilton, courtesy of Mike Brunger, General Manager, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Homewood Suites is located at 530 Providence Park Drive East, Mobile, AL 36695. Women ages 16-60’s, of all ethnicities and backgrounds are invited to participate. Nominations of admired women are accepted as well. Participants who attend the Open Community Call must be prepared to write their story. Photos will be taken that day to help update the look to match the positive change. Please come with no makeup and clean hair worn down. Interested participants who cannot attend November 6, 2011 can send mail or an email including the name, address, phone number, recent photo and brief story to reinventchange@rizacosmetics.com for possible consideration.
